You can register for our courses/programs using the registration form on our website www.financialtp.com, via email email@example.com, or by phone at +45 70 23 23 10. Registrations will be confirmed via email.
If you have signed up for an online course, you will get access to the course within 24 hours.
If there are no available spots in a course/program, we will inform you immediately and offer you a spot in the next available course/program. In the event of insufficient registrations, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel the course/program.
An invoice will be sent approximately 14 days before the course starts, with payment due 14 days after the invoice date. For registration to an online course, the invoice will be sent once we receive the registration.
The price for the physical course/program includes teaching materials, a light breakfast, lunch, and refreshments during the breaks. If you have registered for a certification program, the price also covers the exam. Prices are exclusive of VAT.
Unable to Attend
If you are unable to attend for any reason, you are welcome to send a colleague in your place. Just inform us by calling +45 70 23 23 10 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you cancel your participation in a course/program, it must be done 30 days before the start of the course to receive a full refund. If you cancel 14 days before the start date, we will refund 50% of the participant fee. No refunds will be given for later cancellations.
Course cancellation should be done via email at email@example.com. When refunding money, we will need the following information: Bank name, registration number, and account number.
